Galliard secures £8.6m loan for Birmingham scheme

Galliard Homes is to submit planning permission for a scheme in Birmingham having secured an £8.6m loan from OakNorth. It will use the loan to acquire a 254,400 sq ft vacant site in that formerly housed Joseph Chamberlain Sixth Form
