Galliard doubles down on commuter belt with £265m in new schemes

London’s largest private residential developer Galliard Homes is ramping up development around London’s commuter belt, with a trio of new schemes valued at £265m. Galliard has bought a £50m scheme in Ipswich, with consent for 173 homes on eight acres
