Galliard and Apsley sell out Birmingham Timber Yard first phase

Galliard Homes and Apsley have sold all the flats in phase one of The Timber Yard in Birmingham. At the project’s launch, 100 flats valued at £23.4m in total were bought off-plan by private UK and overseas buyers. Prices ranged
