Gallagher Estates has submitted a planning application for a mixed-use scheme on 78 acres (31.78ha) of South Cambridgeshire green belt land.
The scheme will comprise 194,000 sq ft (18,000 sq m) of offices, 900 homes, a primary school and shops.
