Gallagher Estates has formed a joint venture with Clerical Medical Investment Group subsidiary Lands Improvement Holdings to bring forward the redevelopment of Poole's Hamworthy power station site.
Plans will also include two neighbouring sites, the Pilkington tile factory and Sydenhams
