Fusion, West Coast Capital's jv with Bank of Scotland and Montagu Evans, has sold the Greyfriars shopping centre in Carmarthen, North Wales to Allied Dunbar for £18.7m.
The 93,000 sq ft (8,639 sq m) centre has 25 shops.
