Fruition wins planning for £50m Old Oak tower

Fruition Properties has won planning for a £50m residential tower at 2 Scrubs Lane in Old Oak, NW10 from the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation. The 20-storey, 85-flat tower has been part financed by real
