Freeport becomes sole owner of Stoke outlet mall

Freeport has paid £7.5m to acquire the 50% that it did not already own of Freeport Stoke, which owns and operates the Talke outlet mall in Stoke-on-Trent. 

Freeport's subsidiary Freeport Leisure paid Norwest Estates - a subsidiary of United Cooperatives
