Freeport has agreed to sell Braintree Leisure for £16.5m.
The outlet shopping developer's wholly owned subsidiary owns and operates the Leisure Development next to Freeport's designer outlet shopping village at Braintree, Essex.
The proceeds will be used to reduce group
