Fraser Group moves in on Harworth’s Ansty site

Harworth Group has sold its strategic land holding in Ansty, Warwickshire, to Fraser Group for £53.5m. The sale to SDI Propco (100) – which is attached to Mike Ashley's group – is conditional on Harworth being granted hybrid planning permission
