Homes England has appointed four new members to the board, expanding the non-executive team to 10.
It has recruited Nationwide’s finance director Mark Rennison, Orchard Global Asset Management’s chief operating officer Olivia Scanlon, dRMM’s founding director Sadie Morgan and Vanessa Murden, chief operating officer for Lloyds Banking Group’s retail division.
The new board will focus on sustainable delivery of affordable housing as the government’s housing accelerator doubles down on output.
Their appointment follows the departure of chair Sir Edward Lister. Homes England is seeking to recruit his replacement while also ramping development with an ambitious reorganisation that will see it hire 150 professionals, as well as creating new divisions to focus on investment and partnerships.
