Aberdeen Property Investors has bought the Four Pools retail park in Evesham, Worcestershire, from Henderson Global Investors’ CASPAR Fund.
It paid £15.7m – a 6.79% yield – for the 76,000 sq ft park. Cushman & Wakefield advised Henderson
