iphone apps handsA fourth cohort of proptech start-ups has joined PiLabs’ accelerator.

The four start-ups will be mentored and funded through their pre-seed investment programme as part of the cohort. They are:

• Ask Pam, a chat-based assistant that helps you get jobs done. An AI secretary of sorts – www.askpam.io

• FalconDHQ, which digitises the daily operations of the private security industry – www.falcondhq.uk

• Keepsite, a software platform for construction project management – www.keepsite.com

• StorageShare, an online marketplace linking space with storage needs – www.storageshare.nl

Dominic Wilson, co-founder and managing partner of PiLabs, said: “We saw an unprecedented amount of applications from companies across the world for this cohort, but have honed in on areas where there is a drastic need for innovation.”

Since PiLabs’ launch in 2014, companies that have been through its accelerator have raised more than £20m and created more than 180 jobs.

The accelerator is a 13-week programme designed to fast-track the growth of proptech start-ups that culminates in a demo day during which the cohorts pitch to a room of high-profile investors.
