A quartet of new leasing deals have been signed at Bridges Fund Management’s 6 East Parade in Leeds as the city struggles to keep up with demand for grade-A office space.
DLA Architecture has taken 8,008 sq ft on the second floor, while IT management specialist Claranet has agreed to move into 7,979 sq ft on the 3rd floor, both on a 10-year term.
Office fit-out firm Overbury will occupy a 968 sq ft suite on the first floor, with 1,773 sq ft on the lower ground floor let to gym ABS Leeds.
6 East Parade offers 45,000 sq ft of workspace over seven floors with basement parking and an external courtyard. The building also offers an amenity space in the pedestrian archway between 1 East Parade and 6 East Parade.
These latest deals leave just one remaining 2,614 sq ft suite on the first floor.
Sanderson Weatherall represented DLA. CBRE and Savills are joint agents on 6EP.
Ellie McCollin from CBRE said: “6 East Parade benefits from being located in the city’s main loop road network with the Leeds train station and Trinity Shopping Centre only a short walk away.”
