The Ministry of Defence has shortlisted four bids to redevelop Deepcut Army Barracks in Surrey into 1,200 new homes.
The Defence Infrastructure Organisation has selected St Modwen/Vinci, Lend Lease, Carillion/Argent and Skanska for the £300m contract.
