Former Met Police site approved for 302-bed hotel

Sipson Property has been granted consent for a 302-bedroom hotel at the former Metropolitan Police Douglas Webb House in Hillingdon, west London.

The 2.4-acre site was previously used as a section house with a firing range and gym for the Metropolitan Police, which opted to sell it for redevelopment in 2016.

The development, designed by FBMArchitects, will span seven storeys with two main wings. It is located to the north of Heathrow Airport with close access to the A4, M4 and M25.
