US fashion retailer Forever 21 has lined up its first Scottish store at Buchanan Galleries in Glasgow.
The retailer is understood to have agreed to take a 60,000 sq ft shop at 105-221 Buchanan Street, part of the 350,000 sq ft extension that Land Securities and Henderson Global Investors are developing in a 50-50 joint venture.
Forever 21 opened its first store in the UK at Birmingham’s Bullring last November. It paid close to a £14m premium for a flagship store on Oxford Street, W1, and has also signed for a store at Westfield Stratford City.
