JTRE London has leased 25,000 sq ft of commercial space at its residential-led Triptych scheme in Bankside, SE1.
The developer has signed The Font, a 7,000 sq ft climbing gym, on a 10-year lease, marking the tenant’s second location after a similar site in Wandsworth, SW18.
The landlord has also leased 2,000 sq ft of space to ethical coffee shop 92 Degrees, and has signed two unnamed corporate office occupiers at the scheme’s workspace. In addition, JTRE will take 4,000 sq ft of space on the fourth floor of the building as its own UK headquarters.
Designed by Squire & Partners, the 68,000 sq ft commercial building is part of a £400m development. The scheme comprises three towers, with 169 luxury apartments in two blocks, office space in the third, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail.
Agents for the office space are BH2 and Savills; retail leasing agents are Savills and BNP Paribas Real Estate; residential agents are Savills and Strutt & Parker.
