Flex operator signs for abrdn’s Ingenuity House

Orega has signed its second flex space in Birmingham, taking 30,500 sq ft at abrdn's Ingenuity House. The partnership agreement will provide around 550 workstations on the ground and first floors of the 115,000 sq ft Solihull building, opening in
