Fletcher Morgan is within touching distance of Savills at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in the Cardiff office market, helped by a recent 5,550 sq ft letting.
The deal, for the 15th Floor of Capital Tower on Greyfriars Road, saw Capital on Tap take the space from landlord Trinova Real Estate on a five-year fully repairing and insuring lease ending on 31 October 2026 at a rent of £17 per sq ft, equating to £93,500 per annum.
Savills leads the way in the Cardiff office market, having acted on 57,720 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales, with Fletcher Morgan close behind on 55,143 sq ft. Knight Frank is in third place, having transacted 44,600 sq ft of deals, with the top five being completed by Cooke & Arkwright on 26,436 sq ft and JLL on 15,528 sq ft.
