Bexley Council and English Partnerships have shortlisted five developers to prepare detailed proposals for the 13.5-acre Erith Western Gateway site.
The five are: Barratt Homes, Crest Nicholson, Generator, Gleeson Homes and Moat Homes/Bouygues UK.
