Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has closed the gap on second-placed CBRE in EG’s leaderboard of industrial deals in the East Midlands, helped by a recent 31,396 sq ft sale in Nottinghamshire.
The deal, at Unit 11B, Castlewood Court, Castlewood Business Park, Sutton-in-Ashfield (pictured), saw a private individual buy the speculatively built premises for £3.45m from CWC Group. Fisher has now acted on 537,356 sq ft of industrial transactions in the region this year.
Avison Young leads the East Midlands industrial rankings, having disposed of more than 1m sq ft of space.
