First tenant signs at Multiply Logsitics North

Multiply Logistics North has secured landscape material supplier Hardscape Products as first tenant at the 164,000 sq ft first phase of its scheme at Logistics North in Bolton, Greater Manchester. Hardscape has taken 44,771 sq ft on a 15-year lease.
