The first phase of Argent and Hermes’ £700m Paradise development in Birmingham has topped out.
PwC will take all of the commercial office space at the 172,000 sq ft One Chamberlain Square, which is due to complete in spring 2019.
Paradise is a multi-phased office scheme being brought forward speculatively in a partnership between Hermes Investment Management, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Argent and Birmingham City Council.
