British Land has launched a 49,500 sq ft mixed-used scheme in Mayfair.

The site, at 7 Clarges Street, W1, is a prime commercial development within the wider Clarges development, and also includes luxury flats. 

With rents starting from £105 per sq ft, the building provides office space across six floors with the three upper levels incorporating private terraces with views across Green Park to Buckingham Palace and Victoria.

A reception area designed by Squire and Partners doubles as a gallery with bespoke artwork and nature-inspired motifs setting the tone for the building.

To encourage a health-conscious approach to commuting, an extensive suite of facilities for cyclists has been incorporated into the building with bicycle storage space, lockers for folding bicycles and showers.
