This week sees the opening of the £240m retail and leisure scheme The Lexicon in Bracknell.
It’s been 20 years in the making and is seen as a vital piece of the council’s regeneration strategy for the Berkshire town.
The investment by the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership – a joint venture between Legal & General Capital and Schroder UK Real Estate Fund working with Bracknell Forest Council – is already have a positive impact on the town’s wider economy.
