Located in the heart of Smithfield, the building is on the doorstep of the Farringdon East Crossrail ticket hall, and overlooks the historic and newly refurbished Charterhouse Square garden.
One global marketing agency has already committed to two floors of the scheme, which provides 38,500 sq ft of offices and 5,100 sq ft of retail and restaurant space.
