IM Properties is launching 55 Colmore Row, one of Birmingham’s latest prime office developments.
The 160,000 sq ft development, which IM Properties bought in 2014 for £33.8m, is one of the largest amounts of office space in the city centre this year. EG took a sneak peek inside the building ahead of its official launch.
