First look at Fen Court’s rooftop garden

A 30,000 sq ft rooftop garden at Fen Court, EC3, opens to the general public on 15 February. The development’s office space is already 90% let to M&G Investments (around 325,000 sq ft) and Argo Capital (33,000 sq ft) with D&D Group to operate the 8,000 sq ft restaurant.
