Burleigh Estates is hoping for the go-ahead this week to flatten the fire-ravaged Central Hotel in Cardiff and replace it with a £15m mixed-use scheme.
Cardiff councillors are being recommended to give detailed consent on Wednesday for the 10-storey block,
