Fenn Wright has closed the gap on third-placed BNP Paribas Real Estate in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Essex after acting on 12,689 sq ft of transactions in the past week.
The largest deal, at 13 Second Avenue, Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Halstead (pictured), saw a private individual purchase a 4,876 sq ft industrial building for £395,000.
CBRE leads the way in Essex, having disposed of 256,099 sq ft of premises in the year to date. Competition for second place is strong, with Knight Frank on 135,739 sq ft, followed by BNP Paribas Real Estate on 110,000 sq ft and Fenn Wright on 100,444 sq ft.
