Fattal Hotel Group adds Bristol to British itinerary

Hard on the heels of last month’s takeover of four Grange hotels in central London, the Fattal Hotel Group today will announce the signing of a lease to operate a new 200-room hotel in Bristol.

The hotel, to be branded under Fattal’s Leonardo brand, is part of the Glassfields development on the city’s Temple Way. Royal London, the pensions and investment firm, is investing £20m in the development.

It will be managed by Jurys & Leonardo Hotels, Fattal’s operating division which, since taking over the Jurys Inn chain in partnership with Pandox, of Sweden, has expanded rapidly to more than 50 hotels across the UK and Ireland. The Israeli group has more than 200 hotels in 17 countries.
