MIPIM 2016: In an exclusive interview with Estates Gazette, Rob Tincknell, chief executive officer of Battersea Power Station, says that resale reports at the development are “somewhat embellished”.
“I think some of the reports that have been made about our resales have been somewhat embellished,” he said.
He said that while the market has cooled off, it is back to what he would call a normal sales market, with the scheme still selling well, while the focus for the massive site is now shifting to its commercial elements.
