BCSC 2015: Mobile provider EE has signed for its fifth shop on Oxford Street, W1.
It is moving into the former Claire’s Accessories at 488 Oxford Street, a 2,150 sq ft shop with a 10-year lease.
Typical rents in this retail region of London range from £650-£700 zone A.
Savills director of central London retail, Sam Foyle, said: “This acquisition formed a key part of EE’s Oxford Street strategy by securing the best location between Selfridges and Marble Arch.”
The landlord, The Libyan foreign Investment Company, was advised by James Andrews International; Savills acted for EE.
