Ex-Canary Wharf strategy boss joins mayor’s office

Howard Dawber, the former strategy lead for Canary Wharf Group, has been named Sadiq Khan’s new deputy London mayor for business. He takes the post from Rajesh Agrawal, who is running to be the next Labour MP for Leicester East.
