Evolve Estates has bagged fashion retailer H&M and coffee shop Bewiched at its 320,000 sq ft Grosvenor Centre in Northampton.
H&M has taken 29,160 sq ft on The Parade, while Bewiched has signed a lease for a 4,359 sq ft café on Newland Walk within the shopping centre.
Philip Murphy, head of property & transactions at Evolve Estates, said: “The addition of H&M, a globally recognised brand, further strengthens the centre’s appeal to a wide range of shoppers, while Bewiched complements our existing food and beverage offering, creating a well-rounded experience for visitors.”
Evolve Estates bought the Grosvenor Centre from L&G in 2022. FMX and Green & Partners are the letting agents on the shopping centre.
