Evans Randall to reposition 90 Fetter Lane

90-fetter-laneEvans Randall Investors has received planning approval for the refurbishment of 90 Fetter Lane, EC4.

The offices will be repositioned as multi-occupier workspace aimed at diverse sectors.

Designed by John Robertson Architects, the plans includes stripping back the block’s concrete frame, re-cladding and adding two additional floors, which will bring the total offices to 76,000 sq ft.

A double-height glazed reception hall and 3,700 sq ft of retail and café space are planned for the ground floor.
