Evans of Leeds has signed a major letting deal with Caterpillar Logistics Services at its 137.6ha (340 acre) Fradley Park development at Lichfield in Staffordshire.
Caterpillar is taking a 13,100 sq m (141,000 sq ft) distribution centre for auto components.
