Europa Capital jv wins 275,000 sq ft Windsor office appeal

 

Europa Capital, the general partner of Europa Fund II, and Miff Chichester’s St Congar Properties has gained consent on appeal for a 275,000 sq ft office scheme at Imperial House, Alma Road, Windsor. 


The 4.6-acre development comprises four office buildings with 495 on site car spaces arranged around a central square and thoroughfare to the adjoining Vansittart Recreation Ground.


Two of the buildings will comprise around 50,000 sq ft of offices and two around 70,000 sq ft arranged on four and five storeys respectively. There will also be a café/restaurant on site and security lodge.


Erik Ruane, head of development at Europa Capital, said: “We are delighted to have secured planning consent for this property.  We are confident that the development will deliver the opportunity for major national and international employers to base themselves in Windsor for the long term.”
