Euan Blair’s Multiverse switches London HQ

Multiverse, a tech apprenticeship start-up founded by Euan Blair, has signed a deal to take office space at WeWork’s Paddington premises for its new London HQ.

The firm has taken 20,000 sq ft at WeWork 2 Eastbourne Terrace, W2, upsizing from its previous premises at Marylebone.

It will occupy two full floors to host its 700-strong UK workforce, which it plans to grow further. The property has eight floors in total.

Multiverse is adopting a hybrid working model for its employees.

The company was founded by the son of former prime minister Tony Blair in 2016. Its community of apprentices has exceeded 10,000 globally. It raised $220m (£172m) in Series D funding last year.

Multiverse chief of staff Libby Dangoor said: “Through our hybrid approach, Multiversers have the freedom to work on their own terms, harnessing the advantages of remote work along with the value of in-person collaboration and a great office environment at WeWork 2 Eastbourne Terrace.”

WeWork international chief operating officer Mathieu Proust said: “As the world of work continues to evolve, we are seeing consistent demand from progressive, forward-thinking businesses who are recognizing the value of flexible, scalable and inspiring workspace to marry both business needs and employees expectations.”

Making Moves London brokered the deal.
