Essential Living has bought its seventh site for its private rented venture with M3 Capital Partners, in Greenwich, SE8.
The Essential Living jv bought Greenwich Creekside East for £11m from LPA fixed charge receivers.
It will submit a planning application later this year for a new scheme with more than 200 flats in a 17-storey tower.
Amenities will include a concierge, rooftop terrace and office suites. Subject to approval, construction is scheduled to start in 2015, with homes available for rent by 2017. Essential Living now has a pipeline of more than 1,500 homes across London. DTZ advised the receivers.
