ESRG Development’s has appointed Avison Young to sell the freehold for its 130-flat scheme at 250 Bradford Street in Birmingham’s Digbeth.
It follows the sale of ESRG’s part-built 170-home scheme at nearby St Anne’s Court at Lombard Street
