The government's regeneration agency English Partnerships has shortlisted five developers for an 18-acre regeneration scheme on a former Ministry of Defence site in Devonport, Plymouth.
The five are: Bellway Homes, Crest Nicholson, Midas Homes, Redrow Homes and Urban Splash.
