English Partnerships (EP) has announced its developer shortlist for the 173-acre housing-led scheme at Lawley in Telford, Shropshire.
Taylor Woodrow Developments, Cofton, Redrow, Wilson Bowden, Lovell and a consortium of George Wimpy, Persimmon and Barratts have all been shortlisted.
