Clive Emson raised £18.5m from five auctions held on consecutive days from 31 October to 4 November, achieving a success rate of 81%.
There were 161 lots in the auctions held across the south of England, with some selling well above the guide price.
Managing director James Emson said: “Land with planning permission was a popular choice this autumn, with builders looking to stock up, perhaps getting ready for 2017 and the spring markets.
“Grazing land, as always, attracted good interest and there were several lots which offered potential for the future, and are seen by many as a calculated punt.
“Commercial lots, whether vacant or let, also sold well. And garages and ground rents attracted competitive bidding.”
