Elphinstone has sold its 300,000 sq ft City Park office scheme in Glasgow for £63.25m.
Rock City Park Jersey Unit Trust, managed by Rock Capital, purchased the Art Deco, converted Wills tobacco factory at an initial yield of 6.5%.
