Ellandi plans bowling alley at former Intu Milton Keynes

The basement of the former Debenhams store at what was Intu Milton Keynes is set to be turned into a bowling alley.

Change-of-use plans lodged with the city council by asset manager Ellandi propose turning some 40,000 sq ft in the basement of the store, currently occupied by Next Beauty & Home, into a bowling alley operated by Lane7.

Ellandi took control of the centre in 2020, after Intu Properties entered administration. It has since been rebranded as Midsummer Place Shopping Centre.

Earlier this week Lane7 announced plans for a new venue in Birmingham, taking space on Hammerson’s Bullring estate.
