EightyFen deal keeps CBRE on top in EG’s London office agent rankings

CBRE remains at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in the London office market, helped by a 78,276 sq ft deal at EightyFen on Fenchurch Street, EC3 (pictured).

The transaction – the largest office deal in the UK so far this month – saw an undisclosed tenant take the space across four floors of the building.

CBRE has acted on 544,848 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales so far this year, followed by Cushman & Wakefield on 442,158 sq ft. In third place is Compton, which has transacted 226,610 sq ft of deals, with the top five being rounded out by JLL on 129,604 sq ft and Knight Frank on 88,058 sq ft.

The deal was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, an essential tool that provides a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
