Edinburgh city council has allowed EG’s camera’s behind the scenes at the construction site of it’s 200,000 sq ft speculative office development which completes in a year.
The Atria development site’s agents, Montagu Evans and Jones Lang LaSalle, have already secured one letting to investment adviser Brewin Dolphin for 25% of the space at rents thought to be in excess of the £29 per sq ft quoting rent.
Grade A space availability in Edinburgh represents only 2% of the total currently available and the agents say there is strong interest from occupiers for the remaining space.
