Being the sequel to a blockbuster programme was never going to be easy, but in early 2020 nine women took up the challenge of being the second set of Future Female Leaders. Inspired by those who came before them, they hit the ground running, fully aware of the intense training regime they faced.
Then the coronavirus pandemic hit.
But, as all good future leaders can, they pivoted from face-to-face training to online skills learning. Their journey has been tougher than that of the cohort that came before them, but they have continued to deliver and in spring 2021 will be on a stage ready to wow another audience and deliver yet another standout and never-seen-before event to the real estate community.
